We are looking for someone who has experience or understanding of deafness with the vision and skills to lead the organisation through its next stage of development, and ensure that its strategic and operational objectives are achieved in a changing environment.
You will have a proven record of senior management in a relevant sector, having a sound understanding of good governance, experience in finance, human resources, risk management and the ability to work effectively with a non-exec board. You will be a confident and engaging communicator with a record of building and maintaining strategic relationships with key external stakeholders to ensure people with sensory needs play a major role in policy and service development. You will also have previous involvement in fundraising, commercial income generation and business development.
Salary in the region of £47,000 and £52,000 plus pension
